Ezequiel Bainer

Junior Full Stack Developer

I build web applications with Angular, TypeScript and Supabase. Before programming I worked in Occupational Health and Safety analyzing processes, and that habit stuck: first I understand how people work, then I write the code.

  • Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires
  • On-site, hybrid or remote
  • Programming Technician degree, UTN: December 2026

Projects

For each one I state whether it was individual or a team project, and which part I did.

Table management: list with photo, seats and status
LA MESA start screen with the logo and the team members
Games list with each discount and whether it was already played
  • Team of 4
  • I coordinated the team

LA MESA

Android app to manage a restaurant with QR ordering, from the table to the kitchen. It's my degree's final project.

  • I set up the repository and the branching workflow, and integrated 14 of the team's 43 merges.
  • I built the real-time chat between customer and waiter, and the notifications.
  • I built the discount games, validated with SQL functions and unit tests.
  • Ionic
  • Angular
  • Supabase
  • Capacitor

It's an Android app: there is no web demo.

Experience

  1. AgentesAIProcess analysis and AI agent development

    • September 2026 – present
    • Hybrid, part-time

AI automation consultancy. Project for a client in the hospital supplies sector.

    • I mapped the Administration, Purchasing, Sales and Operations processes through interviews with staff and management.
    • I documented them as standard operating procedures (SOPs) with roles, owners and tools for each step, and validated them with the users.
    • I analyzed the client's ERP (REST API with more than 170 endpoints and an MCP connector) to define what can be integrated or automated.
    • I tested AI access to the ERP data through a read-only MCP connector, to generate automatic reports and cross-checks.
    • I defined what to automate, and with what priority, for the development stage.
  2. Lihué Ingeniería S.A.Health and Safety Analyst

    • February 2025 – September 2026

About me

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety in 2021 and worked in the field analyzing processes, writing technical documentation and training teams. That's where I learned to look at how people work and to spot what is done by hand and could be done better.

Today I'm finishing the Programming Technician degree at UTN and bringing that perspective to software: understand the real problem first, then write clean, documented code.

Away from the computer, I like working out and going for bike rides.
